IconOps is a PlugIn for doing things with .ico and .cur files.
It is for use on Windows XP / Vista machines.

It’s really a great PlugIn to work with Icons.

GetFiletypeIcon: As it says, it’s for getting Icon of a file extension
Graphic2Icon: Converts Graphics to Icon Format
SetWindowIcon: This will change the icon shown in the mmb window’s titlebar
ExtractAllIcons: This will extract all the icons from the given resource to the specified folder.
